Every practice in your club, on the record.
Coach Sidekick turns what coaches say at practice into one record for the whole club: feedback for every player and family in the coach's own words, a Debrief for every coach, and every team at a glance for directors.
Christopher, use your body. Shield it, then turn away from the pressure.
One record. The whole club runs on it.
This isn't a voice recorder with a summary attached. Recordings, plans, assessments, scouting and evaluator visits all land in one record, kept for every player, coach and team, and every part of Coach Sidekick works from it.

One moment on the pitch, all the way back to the player.
Follow one piece of feedback from Tuesday's practice: what Ella did, what her coach said, where it went, and what happened on Saturday.
Example player. Step 7 is a real screen from the family app.
Every player's season, on one map.
Coaching here runs on one vocabulary: 164 skills across four domains, linked to over 350 drills. Each player has a map of it that fills in as the season is recorded, with rings for how often the coaching touched a skill and colour for what the coach has assessed. Coaches see it on every player's profile.

The coach gets feedback too.
It starts with a plan, written in the coach's own words or taken from the curriculum. Coach Sidekick reads it, and after the session the Debrief checks the coaching against it, from the coach's approved notes. Every mark opens the comment behind it.
The plan
Written by the coach, Monday night
Switch play early and often. Get them scanning before the ball arrives. I want to ask more than I tell, and make sure Jonah gets involved. Win Saturday.

Reflection
You named 11 of 12 players, and Jonah heard nothing from you directly. Most of what you said was instruction. Your plan asked for more questions, and about 9% of your coaching acts were questions.
Written from the session itself. Every number is checked against what was said.
Built differently, on purpose.
Other tools turn a coach's voice into notes, or a camera's footage into stats. Coach Sidekick keeps the coach's own words, keeps the coach in charge, and builds one record that players, families and clubs can trust.
Every note shows the words it came from.
Voice-note apps hand back a summary. Here each note keeps the coach's quote and the moment in the session it was said.
